New A/C fee... $374.31
Taking a poll... who has been charged this fee? Did you get a letter about photos being taken like we did last summer? If you have more than one unit, did you get charged for each, or just one?
...well I saw them taking pictures weeks ago on the sly, and my guess is that they've been out or are planning to do so if this weather holds out. After the surprise bill I got hit with last year that momentarily caused a delay in me getting a parking spot, I haven't replaced the AC. Sure it's a little rough, but thankfully I haven't forgotten my training in thermo-dynamics. It's all about making fans work together to be efficient.
